Product sales on the eMAG Marketplace platform are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the cooperation agreements. These terms and conditions were introduced to maintain customer trust and ensure the quality of the products sold by partner sellers.
In addition to the general terms and conditions of sale, specific terms and conditions apply to certain product categories, which are considered high-risk categories in trade.

In order to sell products on the eMAG Marketplace platform, partner sellers have the following obligations:
- Compliance with the performance indicators and rules of conduct set out in the Annex;
- To use the eMAG Marketplace Platform as a means of communication between eMAG and the Seller for the exchange of information.
Access to high-risk categories
If you want to sell products that are on the list of high-risk categories, you must follow these steps:
- Proof that you have physical and recorded inventory or that you have an active order from the supplier for at least two sellable items in the category you are requesting access to. Proof can be provided by sending two or more images (in the case of physical inventory) or by sending non-editable documents that demonstrate written inventory and/or an active order.
- Other documents you consider important.
We will analyze your application based on the documents you submit and the information collected by eMAG staff, and we will contact you if additional information or documents are needed.
Here is a standard list of categories for which the above-mentioned certificates are required.
A number of categories from the list of high-risk categories require specific documents to prove product compliance, and their absence will prevent activation on the platform. Below you can see what these categories are and the required documents.
Please note: Given the complexity of the required documents, which must be properly analyzed, the validation time for products in the following categories on the platform may take up to one month.
Perfumes and gift sets
The sale of perfumes and cosmetics on the eMAG Marketplace platform is subject to specific conditions:
- Proof that you have physical and recorded inventory or that you have an active order from the supplier for at least two sellable items in the category you are requesting access to. Proof can be provided by sending two or more images (in the case of physical inventory) or by sending non-editable documents that demonstrate written inventory and/or an active order.
- The company must have been registered in the Companies Register for at least 1 year;
- Supplier’s declaration of conformity, issued in accordance with the legal provisions in force for cosmetic products;
- Purchase invoice from the supplier (the supplier’s name on the purchase invoice must match the name on the declaration of conformity);
- Identification data (EAN, item number) of at least 3 of the products you wish to list;
Luxury cosmetics and perfumes
This product category is strictly checked on the eMAG Marketplace platform to ensure the conformity and authenticity of the products.
This file shows a list of luxury brands.
Conditions for access to luxury categories:
- The company must be registered in the commercial register (with the similar authority if the organization is registered in another state) and its subject of activity must be “trade”; or if the company is registered in Hungary: “4791’08 Parcel, internet retail”.
- The business has been in operation for at least 2 years.
- Presentation of a current extract from the commercial register (or presentation of another supporting document in the case of organisations for which an extract is not available) which reveals at least the following information:
- average number of employees
- turnover of the previous financial year
- headquarters / workplace where the company carries out its activities
- Proof of activity on at least one other sales channel (e.g. physical store or own website, or presence on other marketplace platforms).
- Presentation of the 2 most recent declarations submitted to the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).
- Proof of sales of luxury products in the past 12 months.
- Presentation of purchase invoices from authorized distributors or supply chain participants that verify the source of inventory for each brand.
- Presentation of the declaration of conformity from the supplier for each brand.
- After checking the documents, attend a meeting with the eMAG Marketplace team to determine whether you meet the conditions for selling products in the Luxury category.
Skin care products from the La Roche-Posay and Vichy brands
If you wish to sell La Roche-Posay or Vichy branded dermato-cosmetic products, you will need to submit the following supporting documents for verification via the Message Center , in the “My Account – High Risk Categories” category:
- Documents showing the conformity of the products (with confidential commercial data redacted) and the L’Oréal Selective Distribution membership associated with the products concerned.
- A purchase invoice from a supplier from which confidential information such as prices, discounts, etc. has been removed.
- Images of your skincare product inventory that clearly show product identification information, including manufacturing codes.

Kiehl’s dermato-cosmetic products

To sell Kiehl’s branded dermato-cosmetic products, you must submit the following documents for review in the Message Center, under the “My Account – High Risk Categories” category:
- Documents proving the conformity of products (with prior removal of confidential commercial data).
- Proof of membership in L’Oréal’s selective distribution system.
CeraVe Dermato-cosmetic products
If you wish to sell CeraVe branded dermato-cosmetic products, you will need to submit the following evidence for review via the Message Center , under the “My Account – High Risk Categories” category:
- CeraVe Declaration of Conformity issued by the direct supplier, based on applicable cosmetic regulations, including Cosmetic Regulation No. 1223/2009.
- A purchase invoice from a supplier on which you have redacted sensitive information (e.g. prices, discounts).
- Images of your inventory that clearly show product identification data, including manufacturing codes.

How can you send us the documents?
You can submit documents through the Message Center by selecting the My Account – High Risk Categories topic.
The verification process can only be initiated once you have submitted all the paper trails that provide traceability to the manufacturer or authorized supplier for all products you wish to list on the platform, which reveal and confirm the existence of commercial relationships between your suppliers and the manufacturers/suppliers.
Mobile phone accessories
Documents required for selling Apple or Samsung branded products:
- Proof that you have physical and recorded inventory or that you have an active order from the supplier for at least two sellable items in the category you are requesting access to. Proof can be provided by sending two or more images (in the case of physical inventory) or by sending non-editable documents that demonstrate written inventory and/or an active order.
- The supplier’s declaration of conformity, issued in accordance with the legal provisions in force for mobile phone accessories;
- Purchase invoice from the supplier (with the name of the supplier as stated on the purchase invoice, which must match the name on the declaration of conformity);
- Identification data of at least 3 listed products (EX: EAN code, item number).

Other gadgets
Products belonging to the “Other Gadgets” category and belonging to the Apple or Samsung brands must meet special conditions proving the conformity of these products. Inclusion in the product list for other gadgets can only be authorized based on the following documents:
- Proof that you have physical and recorded inventory or that you have an active order from the supplier for at least two sellable items in the category you are requesting access to. Proof can be provided by sending two or more images (in the case of physical inventory) or by sending non-editable documents that demonstrate written inventory and/or an active order.
- Supplier’s declaration of conformity, issued in accordance with the applicable legislation for the equipment. The main elements of the declaration are: – Identification data and quality of the issuing company;
- The company to which the declaration of conformity was issued, to enable its traceability (this information is not mandatory if it can be verified by an invoice);
- Identification of the products for which the declaration of conformity has been issued (name/codes/link to the invoice detailing the products);
- The relevant legislation to which the product complies to demonstrate compliance;
- Signature and stamp of the issuer;
- Exit number and date;
- Purchase invoice received from the supplier (the supplier’s name on the purchase invoice must match the name on the declaration of conformity).
- Identification data of at least 3 listed products (EX: EAN code, item number).
After evaluating the documents you have sent, we will write back to you and then notify you of the activation of the offers or, if necessary, request additional information to help us determine the suitability of the given products.
Game console accessories
To be able to sell gaming accessories, you must submit the following documents within your account via the Message Center:
- Proof that you have physical and recorded inventory or that you have an active order from the supplier for at least two sellable items in the category you are requesting access to. Proof can be provided by sending two or more images (in the case of physical inventory) or by sending non-editable documents that demonstrate written inventory and/or an active order.
- Verification of the name of the website or platform where you currently sell such products, if the eMAG Marketplace platform is not your only sales channel.
- Other documents you consider important.
Below is a list of the product categories targeted by the process:

The following documents are required to sell Sony, Nintendo or Microsoft branded products:
– The company must have been registered in the commercial register for at least 1 year.
– The supplier’s declaration of conformity, drawn up in accordance with the legal provisions in force for toy accessories. The declaration must contain the following main elements:
– Identification data and status of the manufacturing company;
– The company for which the declaration of conformity was issued, to enable its traceability (this information is not mandatory if it can be verified by an invoice);
– The company must have been registered in the Commercial Register for at least 1 year.
– A declaration of conformity issued by the supplier, drawn up in accordance with the applicable legislation for game console accessories. The declaration must contain the following main elements:
– Identification of the products for which the declaration of conformity has been issued (name/codes/linked to the invoice detailing the products).
– The relevant legislation to which the product complies in order to demonstrate conformity;
– Signature and stamp of the issuer;
– Issue number and date;
– Purchase invoice received from the supplier (the supplier name on the purchase invoice must match the name on the declaration of conformity);
– Identification data for at least 3 products included in the list (EAN, item number).
Portable speakers
To upload portable speaker products, you must submit the same documents as for game console accessories.
JBL portable speakers
For JBL portable speakers, the following documents are required:
– The company must have been registered in the commercial register for at least 1 year.
– The supplier’s declaration of conformity, drawn up in accordance with the applicable legal provisions for portable loudspeakers. The declaration must contain the following main elements:
– Identification data and status of the issuing company;
– The company for which the declaration of conformity was issued, to enable its traceability (this information is not mandatory if it can be verified by an invoice);
– Identification of the products for which the declaration of conformity has been issued (name/codes/linked to the invoice detailing the products).
– The relevant legislation to which the product complies in order to demonstrate conformity;
– Signature and stamp of the issuer;
– Issue number and date;
– Purchase invoice received from the supplier (the supplier name on the purchase invoice must match the name on the declaration of conformity);
– Identification data for at least 3 products included in the list (EAN, item number).
Philips szőrtelenítő készülékek
Szükséges dokumentumok:
- A beszállítótól származó beszerzési számla (a beszállító nevével a vásárlási számlán, amelynek meg kell egyeznie a megfelelőségi nyilatkozatban találhatóval).
- Termékképek, amelyek címkéket, jelöléseket, szimbólumokat és azonosítási adatokat mutatnak (pl. EAN kód, tételszám) legalább három felsorolt termékhez.
- Bizonyíték arra, hogy fizikai és nyilvántartási készleted van a termékekből, vagy aktív megrendelésed van legalább két darab eladható termékre a megfelelő kategóriában. Küldhetsz nekünk két vagy több fotót (a fizikai készleteddel) és nem szerkeszthető dokumentumokat, amelyek a nyilvántartási készletedet és/vagy az aktív megrendelésedet mutatják, amit jelenleg a beszállítóval/gyártóval van.
- Opcionális – A beszállítótól származó megfelelőségi nyilatkozat, amely az ezekre a kategóriákra vonatkozó alkalmazandó jogi rendelkezések alapján készült. A nyilatkozatban szerepelnie kell a következő fő elemeknek:
- A kiállító vállalat azonosítási adatai és jogköre.
- A vállalat, amelynek a megfelelőségi nyilatkozatot kiállítják, lehetővé téve annak nyomon követhetőségét (ez az információ opcionális lehet, ha számlával összefügg).
- Azon termékek azonosítása, amelyekre a megfelelőségi nyilatkozatot kiállítják (név/kódok/számlával összefüggésben, amely részletezi a termékeket).
- A vonatkozó jogszabályok, amelyeknek a termék megfelel a megfelelőség igazolása érdekében.
- Aláírás, kiállító pecsétje.
- Kiállítás száma és dátum.
Egyéb magas kockázatú terméktípusok

Ahhoz, hogy termékeket tudj értékesíteni ezekből a kategóriákból, el kell küldenеd számunkra ellenőrzésre az Üzenetközponton keresztül a Fiókom – Magas Kockázatú Kategóriák kiválasztásával az alább felsorolt összes igazolást:
- Bizonyíték arra, hogy fizikai és írásos készleted van a termékekből, vagy hogy aktív rendelésed van legalább két darab eladható termékre abban a kategóriában. Küldhetsz nekünk két vagy több fotót (a fizikai készleteddel, amid van), illetve nem szerkeszthető dokumentumokat, amelyek az írásos készletedet és/vagy aktív rendelésedet mutatják, amit jelenleg van a beszállítóddal/gyártóddal.
- Megfelelőségi nyilatkozat a beszállítótól, amely a kütyükre és egyéb kiegészítőkre vonatkozó jogszabályok alapján készült. A fő elemek, amelyeknek a nyilatkozatban szerepelniük kell, a következők:
- A kiállító cég azonosító adatai és jogköre.
- A vállalat, amelynek a megfelelőségi nyilatkozatot kiállítják, lehetővé téve annak nyomon követhetőségét (ez az információ opcionális lehet, ha számlával összefügg).
- Azon termékek azonosítása, amelyekre a megfelelőségi nyilatkozatot kiállítják (név/kódok/számlával összefüggésben, amely részletezi a termékeket).
- A vonatkozó jogszabályok, amelyeknek a termék megfelel a megfelelőség igazolása érdekében.
- Aláírás, kiállító pecsétje.
- Kiállítás száma és dátum.
- Beszerzési számla a beszállítótól (a vásárlási számlán feltüntetett beszállító nevének meg kell egyeznie a megfelelőségi nyilatkozaton találhatóval).
- Képek a termékekről, amelyeken látható a címkézés, jelölések, szimbólumok és azonosító adatok (pl. EAN kód, tételszám) minimum 3 felsorolt termékhez.
Air conditioning sales
All businesses that want to sell air conditioning equipment in Hungary must register their business details, product details and product repair services with the National Climate Protection Authority .
Accordingly, the Air Conditioning product category has also become part of the High-Risk product categories, so in order to sell in this room category, you must submit the following documents:
- Company registration number with the Climate Protection Authority
- F-gas identifier
