My account menu contains all the identifying information of your company as well as the financial and technical data that make up the general profile of your account.
The My Account menu contains 6 main options:
1. Profile
Contains all general account information. On the Profile page you will find the fields of the work addresses of your company. It is important to update all the information related to your profile, because these are your identification data on the eMAG Marketplace platform and as with any identifying data, your profile data must be real and current.
2.Contact
It will display the contact details of the delegates to answer for different situations reported by the Marketplace team, related to the activity on your company’s platform. The more contacts available for receiving requests and communicating solutions offered by your company, the better your results on the eMAG Marketplace platform.
3. Address
It contains the fields in which all the business addresses of your company are filled. Here you can add or change return, pick up or work points for collaboration with eMAG Marketplace. When your company moves its registered office, you do not have the option to change the headquarters from the platform but you will have to contact the support team, from the Message Center – Contact Marketplace menu, to request the registration of the new address of the registered office.
4. Courier accounts
This is the area where you activate or, as the case may be, inactivate the courier companies, which will ensure the delivery of the parcels and their return, during the collaboration with eMAG Marketplace. The main benefits of integrating an approved eMAG courier are that you will be able to generate AWBs for orders received directly from the eMAG Marketplace platform.
5. Legal documents
It is the archive of your account, where you will find all the documents agreed and signed, based on which your activity as a seller will be carried out, on the eMAG Marketplace platform.
6. Account Health
It shows you the evolution of performance indicators, for your account, over the last 2 years.
