In this tutorial, you will see which the eMAG standards for secondary product images are. All products listed in the eMAG Marketplace must contain at least one image in the Images section.
Our recommendation is to add at least four secondary images next to the main image to describe the product perfectly and replace the experience of an offline store, with the captured details and their quality.
SECONDARY IMAGES
For the secondary images you can use as many photos as possible to complete the product presentation. The white background is recommended, but not mandatory, so you can use another type of background, if needed.

You can also add videos next to photos in which you can observe as explicitly as possible the qualities and functionality of the product, so as to convince even more the potential customer that this is the product he needs.
The role of secondary images is to present the same product as in the main image, but to provide details that the main image could not highlight.As for the main image, the insertion of additional elements is forbidden in the secondary images as well:
- Images of other products.
- Insertion of logos or zooms.
- Watermarks, collages.

IMAGE FEATURES
For image files, the accepted formats by the eMAG Marketplace are: JPG (.jpg), PNG (.png), and the maximum size of such a file is 6 MB.
The eMAG Marketplace platform only validates images with dimensions between a minimum of 640 x 640 pixels and a maximum of 6000 x 6000 pixels.

Exceptions are clothing products, for which the minimum accepted image size must be 640 x 960 pixels, aspect ratio 2/3.

Any image below the dimensions mentioned above, attracts the invalidation of the product in the eMAG Marketplace platform, so pay attention for their realization.
