In this tutorial we will show you what you need to do to successfully pass the account reactivation test.
Poor results in the last month may lead to the suspension of the seller’s account. The most common problems that affect your performance indicators are determined by the delivery of orders without AWB from the platform, late handover of the package to the courier, orders canceled by the seller, returns of orders without good reason, high product return rate, orders finalized with incident or customer complaints.
If at the end of the month the performance indicators are not in optimal odds, the account health turns critical and the account will be temporarily suspended.
When your account is suspended, you still have access to the platform, but your offers are no longer active on the site. To reactive your account, you must take an account reactivation test. The seller account reactivation test must be taken each time the account is temporarily suspended. The number of questions differs depending on the number of performance indicators with negative statistics.
When you first take the account reactivation test, you must answer at least 60% of the questions correctly.
The second time the performance indicators are not in optimal parameters, you will have to answer correctly at least 80% of the questions. If you end up in this situation for the third time, your account will be permanently suspended.
Before taking the seller account reactivation test, we recommend the following:
- Check the indicators that have not been maintained in the optimal parameters
Before taking the account reactivation test, we recommend that you find out the causes that led to the temporary suspension of the seller account. All performance indicators are available in the Dashboard – Account Health section. Here, next to each indicator, you can see the statistics resulting from the activity on the platform.
- Check those orders with problems
Once you’ve found poor performance indicators, go to the My Account menu – Account Health section. Here you have graphs for each performance indicator. Select the indicators which have a low value and check orders that were not finalized on time or which you did not finalized for various reasons. And here you will find useful information which will help you during the account reactivation test.
- Read the Account Health manual
Once you have identified the factors that led to the suspension of the account, we recommend that you read the Account Health manual that you find (HERE) in the eMAG Academy section. This manual gives you all the information you need to successfully pass each account reactivation test. It is advisable to read this manual carefully. You will find information about each indicator, how to calculate the performance indicators and details on what you need to do to keep each indicator in optimal odds.
- Take the account reactivation test after you have found useful information about performance indicators with problems.
If you managed to pass the test, your offers will be active on the platform again after 7 days. If you failed to get the minimum of correct answers, you will have to retake the test from 0. A question may have one or more correct answers. You cannot see the correct answers to the questions you answered incorrectly, so it is very important that you read the Account Health manual carefully.
We invite you to follow the other tutorials from eMAG Academy. Here you will find more information about performance indicators and useful tips to maintain them on the optimal value.
Keep up the good work!
