In this tutorial, we will show you how to associate your offers with active products on the eMAG Marketplace platform.
When another seller on the platform already sells a product you want to sell on eMAG, you can’t add your own documentation, but you have to associate your offer. Before adding products to the platform, check whether the products you sell are active on the platform. If a product you are looking for already has documentation on the platform, you will be able to associate your offer with that documentation, if the description and the specified characteristics correspond to the product you are selling.
You can associate your offers in the My Opportunities menu where you can find all the offers available in the eMAG Marketplace platform, to which you could associate your offers.
Select the My Opportunities menu from the Dashboard. The list of active offers that you can join will open. You can associate with top selling products from the categories you already have access to. Or you can ask for access in the new categories, if you find products with great potential that you would like to sell.
Select the product you want to associate with from the list. In the Actions column, next to the selected product, click the Add offer button.
The offer association form will open. Fill in the fields found in the form. Pay attention to the fields marked with the orange star, they are mandatory.
In the Sale price field, fill in the sale price without VAT.
In the Original sale price field, you can optionally add the initial price of the product from which the discount applies.
In the VAT field, you must insert the VAT that applies to the selling price, where applicable.
In the Stock field, fill in the available stock.
Optionally, you can choose the number of days required to resupply from the Number of days to restock the product.
In the next field, fill in the EAN code for the product you are selling.
When you have products for which you also offer a warranty, select the warranty period expressed in months.
In the Update Schedule field, set the period for which certain changes to your offer apply.
In the Price Validation: Minimum Threshold and Maximum Threshold fields, you must set the thresholds for the minimum product price and the maximum price.
Click the more button and fill in the product ID field with the unique product ID and the product code field with the product code.
After filling in all the fields, click the Save button.
After association, the product will receive the approved documentation status, because the already validated documentation of the product to which the pairing was made is automatically taken over.
You can check if your product already exists on the site and when you access the Products menu-Add product section. In the new open page, you can enter the EAN code of the product or PNK. If the product has active documentation on the site, then click the Add offer button and fill in the details of your offer.
