Wondering how to increase your traffic?
You can join our weekly featured marketing promotion campaign, with general thematic. And why should you join? By participating in the campaigns, you can increase your traffic, your products page per view and conversion in the eMAG Marketplace.
1. How to upload offers?
- Using a template file
You can find the current campaign in the Promotion / Campaigns section of the eMAG Marketplace admin. You can join these campaigns as usual by uploading your products to the campaign with the template.

- Manually
You can choose to add the products in the campaign one by one, directly from the product page, following a few simple steps:
- Enter the My Offers – General menu.
- Identify the product you want to add and click the Campaigns button next to it.
- Accessing the Campaigns button will open the page where you must choose the campaign of interest.
- Here you will find the currently active campaigns listed above. At the chosen campaign, go to the Actions field next to it and press the + button.
- Now We recommend you to set the selling price of the product. You can propose the price that you consider competitive based on your own business strategy.
- Also, we recommend that you observe the post campaign price that was priorly defined independently by you. If you want to set another sale price after the campaign, you can change it using the Post campaign sale price option in the campaign file. If you do not adjust this setting, at the end of the campaign, the price of the participating product will return to the one before entering the campaign.
Attention! You must also add the campaign ID in the campaign file, which you can check in the Promotions-Campaigns menu, in the ID column, or in the downloaded template file on Active Campaigns tab.

2. What do the different campaign classifications mean?
- TIER 1 campaign: one of the largest campaigns of the month, with a general theme, featured appearances (on main page), and a featured landing interface;
- TIER 2 campaign: secondary banner campaign without a main page banner or accompanying another campaign, with home page banner (a banner appearing on the homepage and redirecting to the campaign);
- TIER 3 campaign: a thematic campaign focusing specifically on a specific segment or product group.
3. What does “general theme” mean?
In this case, the structure of the campaign seeks to follow the wide product portfolio available on the eMAG platform, so that products in most categories can be found on the landing page.

4. On what basis do the offers appear on the landing surface?
The number of places available on the landing page is finite, so offers uploaded to the campaign will be pre-filtered. When doing this, we consider the following:
- The selling price of the product;
- Product conversion;
- Available inventory;
- The elaboration of the documentation;
- Product performance and popularity on the eMAG interface (product performance indicator).
To analyze your offers considering the criteria above, go to My Offers – General menu.
Important! It is important that if you can, upload your offers to the selected campaign no later than 12:00 p.m. on the working day before the start of the campaign.
5. What happens if my offer doesn’t land on the landing page?
If your offer has not been highlighted in the landing page, the product can be accessed by clicking on the Teljes ajánlat (full offer) button linking to the campaign offers for that category.
In addition, at the product page level, each product participating in the campaign receives a special, campaign badge, which appears in the upper left corner of the image.
During the campaigns, the number of visitors on the site will also increase, and the sales results can be higher, from which you can also benefit. Offer popular, sought-after products at attractive and competitive prices, depending on the type of campaign. Also pay attention to the correct documentation of your products, as this will also affect the purchasing decision.
