Dashboard – Sales overview

()

This tutorial will help you get a better understanding of the Sales overview section of your seller account dashboard.

Sales overview analyzes the evolution of your current sales, compared to the previous period and helps you recognize the differences between the previous period and the current one.

This section gives you an overview of the order values and statuses of your products. In the left side of the section, you can see the recorded order values for the last month and for the current month. The right side you see the total values from the last year compared to the current year. These results are also expressed in percentages to offer you a better view of the sales evolution, during this period.

If the sales trend is a negative one, then you must think of a marketing strategy to boost your sales through an improvement of product description for your active products, participating in campaigns, stock supply or attractive prices for your offers.

There are also two graphs below, which represent the values of received orders, and the values of finalized orders with late shipment.

In the Received orders value graph is easy to observe the values of finalized, in progress or cancelled orders.

In the graph on right, you see the delayed orders evolution from the last 8 days. The green column shows the level of completed on time orders, the orange column is for the orders with up to 3 days delay and the red one shows the orders with a more than 3 days delay.

In the second part of the section called Late orders still in progress you will find the total number of orders still working and which are late regardless of the date of their placement.

Seller Performance is also a part of the Sales overview section. It contains weekly and monthly reports about your activity performance as a seller. In these files you can examine how good you handled each order, how quickly you processed them and also the customer`s impression after ordering one of your products.

Depending on these results, you will be able to create a plan for improving your company performance on the eMAG Marketplace platform.

Do not forget to visit the eMAG Academy section and see the tutorials which will offer you quick answers to your questions about how to manage better your company activity on the eMAG Marketplace platform.

Keep up the good work!
