In this guide, we will show you how to change your pickup address in the eMAG Marketplace interface. When you integrate a courier account, the location you entered when registering in eMAG Marketplace is automatically set as the pick-up address.
You have the option to change the pick-up address in the interface if the location is not the same as the warehouse where the order is being assembled. To do this, log in from the Dashboard under My Account – Profile.
To change the pickup address, select the Address that has Pickup next to it in the Address Type column, then click Edit.
In the pop-up window, select the type of address (Pickup) and fill in the fields with the pickup address details. When all fields are filled in, click Save and the new pickup address will immediately appear in your account.
If you want to change the return address of the parcel, click Edit next to Return in the Address Type column, then enter the new return address.
