This tutorial will describe you My account menu, the Legal documents section, of your seller account.

Legal documents represents your account registry and holds all the agreed and singed documents that are coordinating your seller activity, on eMAG Marketplace platform.
In order to become an eMAG seller and to sell your products on the eMAG Marketplace platform you must read, agree and sign the following documents:

- The Terms and conditions
- The Terms and conditions Appendix
- The Commercial Addendum
- The Performance Appendix
- The GDPR Appendix
- Fair commercial practices policy Appendix
The Terms and Conditions including its appendix govern the services offered by eMAG to you as an eMAG seller.

This document holds the rights and the responsibilities involved for products exposure and selling on Marketplace platform, clients ‘access to your published products and even the collection of the amounts from your received orders.
In the Performance Appendix are established the targets of the Account Health performance.

This document holds the await values for each performance indicator of your account.
The General Data Protection Regulation Appendix lays down rules relating to protecting fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data, during your collaboration with eMAG Marketplace.

To see the list of legal documents for your seller account, enter in to the Legal documents section. By accessing it, you see the entire list of documents, regardless of their status. The list displays them in order of their signature.
The status of the documents can be:
- Exposed to seller – the first version of the document sent to you for singing
- Partially approved – is the status of the document which was sign only by one of the directors of the company
- Approved final – when the document is agreed and signed by all the directors of the company
- Canceled – are documents came out of force, after a change of state.
- Expired – when a document is no longer valid with the actual state of your company.
If for some reason you want to end your collaboration with eMAG marketplace, then you can use the red Terminate button, from the top of the list.

Pressing this button will automatically generate a notification to the Marketplace team about the made decision. The eMAG team will take over your request and set up the steps of the dissolution.
The contract dissolution lasts for within the timeframe given by the contract. During this time, all the specific procedures for closing the established relations complete.
