As period of holidays are coming soon, your opening hours could be different than ususal, so you might not be able to deliver the orders as usual, therefore you can suspend your Marketplace account with a simple status change (to pink status). As the result of this status change your products will not be available on emag.hu.
Please remember that the customers can order products also during the summer season, so if you can finalize these orders on the first working day after holiday it is not necessary to use this function. In this case, it could be enough to change the handling time of your products accordingly.
Also, during the holidays, many companies will go on vacation, so it could be a good opportunity to keep your business open and maximize your conversion.
How can I set the pink status?
- First of all you should log in to your eMAG Marketplace account, and go to My account à Profile menu, and at Seller status you can choose the „pink” option.
- If you choose here the pink option, a suspension period and a Select reason cell will come up.
- At the „Suspension period” you can set the time interval with the help of a calendar, and then you should click on the „Confirm” button.
- Then you can choose from drop-down menu the „Vacation” option and save the changes.
