KPI toolbar with guidelines for increasing and securing your account!
This function serves as a guide of what actions you should take to continue to develop, and what financial benefits you might have if you follow our recommendations. The decision to follow our recommendations is yours.
Once logged into the eMAG Marketplace, you will be able to see the KPI toolbar at the top of the page. KPI toolbar is part of your eMAG Marketplace virtual assistant and is customized for you. Here we will show you only those indicators where an improvement is needed, we summarize our recommendations for you, respectively what actions we recommend you take in order to boost your sales.
The information in the toolbar draws your attention to areas where something is needed to intervene in the eMAG Marketplace to improve performance on the platform. The main message types are:
- Improving the content quality
- Here you will find offers where the documentation needs to be improved because you have either not filled in all the recommended characteristics or some mandatory parameters are missing;
- We indicate the estimated extra income that you can obtain by providing the missing data and information and elaborating the description in more detail;
- Clicking on the View All Offers button at the bottom of the page, you will be automatically redirected to the page where the set filter criteria only show products where the documentation needs to be improved for some reason on the eMAG Marketplace platform. Here, the CQ improvements column details where the documentation for a given product needs to be supplemented and exactly how much extra revenue can be gained by the energy invested in developing the content.
- A properly developed, detailed product documentation on an online sales platform is very important because the customer only encounters the product in this form and the documentation should replace the physical visibility of the product.
- Almost out of stock in the next 7 days
- In this area you will see the offers for which you had sales in the last 30 days and for which, according to our estimation based on your sales history is that the stock will be exhausted in the next 7 days;
- We will show you the estimated quantity needed to be supplied for the next 30 days, based on your previous sales results and we will present you the extra GMV you can obtain if you follow our recommendations;
- By clicking on these tools you will be automatically redirected to a page in the eMAG Marketplace platform where filters will be automatically applied that will allow you to view only the products included in this tool, that will run out of stock in the next 7 days and we recommend you to resupply them.
- Out of stock in the last 7 days
- In this area you will see the offers for which you had sales in the last 30 days and the stock has been exhausted in the last 7 days, so at the time of their display in the KPI toolbar they are already out of stock;
- We will show you an estimated supply quantity for the next 30 days, based on your previous sales history and we will present you the extra GMV you can gain if you follow our recommendations;
- By clicking on these features, you will be automatically redirected to a page in the eMAG Marketplace platform where filters will be automatically applied that will allow you to view only the products included in this tool, that have been out of stock in the last 7 days and we recommend them to be resupplied.
- Account Health Alerts
- This function displays indicators that are in black or red status, under alarm because they are performing below the expected level.
- By clicking on the More Information button, the system navigates to the My Account – Account Health menu item, where you can review the development of your account health indicators for the last 13 months.
- Price reduction options
- This function displays the products where it may be necessary to check and possibly change the price of the product.
- By clicking on the View all offers button, the system navigates to the menu item My offers – Prices, where we also highlight on different widgets which products are worth checking the price from which point of view. The Price Reduction option widget shows products that are offered by other sellers at a lower price than the sale price you set on the platform. Products marked by an Invalid Price widget are currently inactive on the platform due to the operation of the interface’s price control function, and their reactivation requires your verification and approval.
- To help you keep track of your account’s ongoing development, you’ll also see 2 essential metrics in the top right corner of the KPI toolbar:
- Sales development / YTD Sales
- Allows you to track your annual sales evolution in your account and track the changes from year to year.
- Rating
- You can track your NPS for orders placed in the last 30 days.
- You can review the NPS results by filtering for the desired period.
- In terms of customer experience, you will also find additional key indicators here, such as order fulfillment and delivery speed.
You can also download the displayed information directly in Excel format using the KPI toolbar.
