Online purchases of fashion products could overtake those in physical stores as early as 2022 – until now, expert estimates have shown that this will not happen until 2025.
@According to Salesforce’s “Shopping Index” report, global e-commerce sales grew by 11% YoY in July-September 2021 (from just 2% in Q2 2021). Compared to Q3 2020, growth is 63%.

You can also include in the description several photos or videos showing the product from different angles, as well as details such as how to use it or its benefits. - The delivery and return process is also an important factor for positive reviews: the quicker the delivery and the more timely the returns are resolved, the more satisfied customers will be with their shopping experience. Thus, they are likely to give positive reviews.

The reviews area is very important, a product with a good rating and positive reviews can convince other potential customers to place an order. Monitor the reviews area and, if questions arise about the products you sell, provide an open, clear, and friendly answer, and identify the right solution for the customer, depending on the situation.
