Periodically, campaigns on which you can upload your offers are activated on the eMAG website. We recommend uploading attractive offers to benefit from increased sales and conversion.
You can manually upload offers in active campaigns on the site by accessing the My Offers menu and use any of the sections available in this menu. Next to each product, the Campaign button is available, allowing you to manually upload products to any eMAG Marketplace campaign.
You can also upload a larger volume of products by accessing the Promotion menu. Download all the products in your offer or in certain categories and upload them using the .xls file.
The main advantages for joining the active campaigns on the site are:
- Increased sales
Applying discounts for the products in your offer can lead to an increase in sales during the campaign period. We recommend uploading attractive offers to your site campaigns. During these times the number of visitors increases and there are bigger sales, which you can also benefit from. Offer products that users need, depending on the type of campaign, attractive prices, but also a correct documentation that can positively influence the purchase decision.
- Increase the number of visits to your product page
The products participating in the campaigns on the site can get a higher number of visits compared to the usual days. It is advisable to participate in campaigns with products that have lately had a large number of visits, because for them the interest of the customers is greater, especially during the campaigns.
- Improve the conversion rate
From the My Offers menu you can verify the interest of the customers with regard to the products you have on offer, but also the conversion rate. If you want to improve your conversion rate, it is best to apply in active campaigns on the eMAG site with products that many users have in their favorites list or have been visited more often lately.
These products are of major interest to visitors and so you have a chance to generate higher sales volume when offers are attractive.
Good to know:
By enrolling in campaigns, you express your agreement to bear the cost of the discounts offered. You are free to decide whether you wish to participate in discount or voucher campaigns — whether to offer additional price reductions or propose additional value.
There may be cases where current legislation imposes certain promotional restrictions for products with specific specifications. It is important to pay constant attention to the selling conditions for your products in order to comply with all applicable provisions.
If the offers you enroll in a discount campaign are already part of a voucher campaign, the voucher will be applied to the reduced price from the discount campaign.
If the offers enrolled in a discount campaign are subsequently included in a voucher campaign, they will be removed from the discount campaign and only the voucher promotion that started later will remain valid.
