In the Logistics menu you have access to information about all the delivery rules set in the eMAG Marketplace platform.
The Logistics menu consists of three sub-menu items:
- My Deliveries – In this menu you can check the shipping information of orders fulfilled on the eMAG Marketplace platform, as well as their AWB numbers, if you work with an integrated courier service.
- Courier Accounts – Here you can find the list of integrated courier services that you are connected with on the eMAG Marketplace.
- Shipping tax – You can review your shipping costs, set exception rules, and modify the free shipping threshold. Exception rules for shipping costs can be set by category or for specific products only. In the same place, you can also set free shipping, likewise by product or by category.
