eMAG Sellers’ Day is the most representative event for the eMAG Marketplace ecosystem, and this year it will take place in a hybrid format, offering you the opportunity to participate both in person, in Bucharest, and online, through the streaming platform that will facilitate access to the entire informational content for those who cannot attend in Bucharest on September 23rd.

Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding how you can participate in the eMAG Sellers’ Day:

How can I attend the event in person?

To participate in the eMAG Sellers’ Day at the designated location – Face Club, Bucharest, you need to register by filling out the offline participation form available 👉🏻here.

Upon receiving the confirmation of offline participation, which you will receive after completing the registration form, on September 23rd, all sellers who have received confirmation of physical participation at the event are expected at Face Club, Bucharest. A maximum of 2 representatives from the same company can attend in person.

How can I view the event online?

Access to the online platform, where you can view the event, is only available based on registration through the online form and prior confirmation. The event is exclusively for eMAG Marketplace sellers, and multiple representatives from the same company can register online.

How do I access the online event?

After receiving the confirmation of online participation, on the day of the event, you can log in 👉🏻 here and you will be able to view the key moments of the event online, according to the agenda. To log in, you will use the information provided in the registration form.

If I accidentally disconnect, can I reconnect?

Yes, you can reconnect throughout the event, using the same credentials you used to register in the form.

You can use sli.do to ask questions or through the event platform. Follow the code during the event to enter the dedicated section, and during the Q&A session, the event hosts will answer the questions received.
