In the Logistics menu you have access to information about all the delivery rules set in the eMAG Marketplace platform.
The Logistics menu consists of three sub-menu items:
- My Deliveries – In this menu you can check the shipping information of orders fulfilled on the eMAG Marketplace platform, as well as their AWB numbers, if you work with an integrated courier service.
- Courier Accounts – Here you can find the list of integrated courier services that you are connected with on the eMAG Marketplace.
- Shipping tax – You can review your shipping costs, set exception rules, and modify the free shipping threshold. Exception rules for shipping costs can be set by category or for specific products only. In the same place, you can also set free shipping, likewise by product or by category.
Setting transit times for non-integrated couriers
You can set transit times for non-integrated couriers in eMAG Marketplace Hungary that enhances delivery estimate accuracy.
The transit times apply only to Home Delivery orders using non-integrated couriers. This feature does not apply to eMAG Courier locker deliveries
Setting Up Transit Times
- Navigate to the Logistics menu in your account
- Look for the new “Configurations for delivery estimates” section
- Enter the number of days your courier needs from pickup to delivery (1-14 days)
- Click Submit to save
⚠️ This functionality is available for sellers who actively use courier services that are not integrated with the eMAG Marketplace platform. If this feature isn’t currently active on your account, contact us through the Message Center and we’ll activate it for you.
Good to know:
- To ensure accuracy, if your default courier’s transit time exceeds your configured setting, we will automatically display the higher value
- If you leave the field empty or set it to 0, we will apply our default transit time
- When the transit times set by you are used the calculation of delivery estimates, the closing time of your account will also be used as the courier’s Cutoff.
