In this tutorial, we will describe the My Offers menu options, which will help you improve your offers and their content, to increase sales on the eMAG Marketplace.
The My Offers menu is a generous source of extremely useful information about your offers and their performance on the eMAG Marketplace. From here you can quickly change the price and stock of products, you can put or remove them from sale on the platform and you can also find useful information on how to better optimize the content of the documentation, tracking recent performance and ustomer interest in your products.

Select the My Offers menu and choose one of the 5 categories that interest you:
- General
- Prices
- Stocks
- Content quality
- Reviews
Each category of My Offers menu contains specific data about your products so that you constantly maintain an offer quality, a competitive price, a sufficient stock for your products, but also an increased interest of visitors.
General
It is the section that concentrates the most relevant information from the other sections of the My Offers menu. Here you can see all your offers from the eMAG Marketplace platform, but also information related to their performance. In this category, you can change the stock and price of your active products on the eMAG Marketplace platform. You can make price and stock changes quickly for certain products or a larger volume of products, using Xls import.

Next to each product, there are quick-access buttons to the active campaigns on the platform, to which you can manually add as many products as you want.
Or you can edit the products you want to change and other information such as price, VAT, warranty, various changes, or minimum and maximum price thresholds. You can also find out what position your offer is to Buy Button when other sellers sell the same product, the number of visits for each product in the offer, the conversion rate, or the commission allocated for each product.
Prices
This is the section where you can make changes to the prices of your products.
There are several options available which will be very helpful to quickly check the products whose sellers have better prices than yours and you can match the price of your product with the best price on the site, to increase your sales and chances of getting the Buy button, when the purchase button is assigned to another seller.

To change the price for a larger volume of products, you have a .xls file that quickly generates the list of products you want to make changes to. From the Orders Value column, you can extract information about the number of sales in the last 14 or 30 days to see what the performance of each product is.
Stocks
In the Stocks section, you can check the status of the available stocks, out-of-stock products, or products that need replenishment as soon as possible to maintain a constant stock for a longer period. Also, you can quickly update stocks from here.

Compared to the first categories in My Offers, in the Stocks category, you can see the sales lost in the last days due to lack of stock, but also the performance of each product in the last 30 days, and in the Supply suggestion column, you can find the number of products needed to be supplemented in the next period in order not to lose sales.
Content quality
Gives you an overview of the quality of the content for the products for which you have the documentation change permission. It is a very useful category that will help you see which products need better documentation to increase the conversion rate on them.

Each column next to your products is very important because it provides you with statistics on the number of completed features, added images or information in the description so that you can edit your offer optimally.
You can also filter products that need improvement because they have insufficient content and automatically have a low conversion rate, only if you are the owner of the documentation. Otherwise, we recommend that you use the Message center and indicate what changes you consider necessary in the documentation.
Reviews
To help you be more responsive to customer reviews, we’ve implemented a new interface where you can read customer reviews directly from the Reviews page. This page consists of two main sections, one for the summary and evaluation of your products and one for reviews and questions.

You can also filter by the best ratings, questions, new opinions, new questions, and low-rated products.
