Conversion Rate and Net Promoter Score


In the eMAG Marketplace platform, Conversion shows the performance of active products on the eMAG website and is calculated as a ratio between the number of orders placed in the reference period and the number of views on your product pages. It is influenced by the quality of the product documentation, the best prices, the promotions offered, the delivery and the customer reviews. Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the customer experience of ordering at least one product on the eMAG Marketplace platform. It represents the mark obtained for the orders finalized by you over the last 30 days. Its role is to monitor the satisfaction of customers who have purchased one of your products. That is why the quality of the products and services offered by you must be constantly verified in order to obtain the maximum mark for each order.
